Some things are better done the old fashioned way, our wood-fired oven is no exception. To name a few: Traditional lamb with potatoes and zucchini, stuffed tomatoes and peppers with rice(gemista), beef with small pasta(giouvetsi), and baby pork with potatoes with lemon sauce. Cretan Olive Oil at its finest, fresh greenery from the local grocery and best fresh meat are the basic necesities for every plate that leaves our kitchen.
